I've signed up for two races - one 5k on Thanksgiving in Bar Harbor, and the Sugarloaf 15k in the spring (to serve as a primer for the half marathon to be completed next fall).
I recently got a 9 mile run in on the treadmill, so feeling like I can start extending some runs.
Weight is down to 210.
Looking forward to winter training and trying to get my weight down to 195.
